the cleaning went just as I suspected it was perfect. After I moved out my landlord gave me a full deposit inside the home was perfect and even better then when he left it to me. I easily recommend this company to anyone looking to get their home cleaned and make sure all the cracks and hard to reach spots are cleaned out all the way. I will definitely use them in the future and without hesitation give them a good referral to anyone in need of a good cleaning company.

King of maids was wonderful. This was probably one of the best experiences I've had so far with the maid service. From the booking process all the way to the quality of the cleaning everything was great. The maid even called me that she will be running few mins late because of parking issues. That was totally fine because I know how crazy downtown could be with parking. She was very professional and apolized few times. I think this home cleaning company really has their things together.

The service was excellent. Let me tell you I did not expect any more than they have done. When I walked into the home I was extremely pleased with the job that was performed. The professional deep cleaned everything top to bottom and I will be using them in the future.

The cleaning was amazing. I was moving out of my apartment and i needed the place spotless.I was surprised on how well the maid cleaned my whole apartment. She scrubbed every inch, my landlord is extremely happy with the job. I would definitely hire them again for my cleaning.

It usually goes well! Their pricing is fine and they do a pretty good job. They usually finish within 3-4 hours and I'll likely stay with them.

The cleaning service did a good job and I hired them on a regular basis. They have been doing a great job since and I have been with them for six months now.

Everything went well. I was fully satisfied with King of Maids. The scheduling was simple via phone after finding them on Angie's list and the person who took my appointment was very helpful. I booked for a regular cleaning in the next few days and I got a reminder email sent to me 3 days prior to my cleaning. When the day of the cleaning came the maid who cleaned my home was on time and supplied all the right equipment and supplies. She did a fantastic job and I have no complaints to give. After the cleaning was finished and the next day came around I recieved a follow up phone call from the company to ask how everything went with the cleaning. While on the phone I even decided to book a every other week service with them for a regular price. They are amazing and I would highly recommend them.

King of maids is absolutely wonderful! I actually created an angies list account to write this review. The customer service is extremely responsive and the home cleaning I received was fantastic to say the least!! The maid came on time, 8am sharp! She had her cleaning supplies, vacuum, mop, everything! She asked me first if there was any specific spots that she should focus on. I told her no not really so she got straight to work. It took her about 3 hours. I did a final walk through and home never looked so clean. I would highly recommend using king of maids for your home cleaning. I've also signed up for their recurring service because they give good discounts. 5 stars!!

They didn't clean my floor, they left kitchen and bathroom counters uncleaned, they didn't clean the oven (inside or out), and they left SCRATCHES in several areas on my bathroom mirror! What kind of cleaners do that!?!? I called Customer service afterwards. They were really professional and gave me a refund. That's the reason why I am giving them a D, though cleaners deserve an F!

THIS IS AN UPDATE: I decided to use this business for regular monthly cleaning BUT was sorry I did. I ended up canceling future services. It seems to me that there is something fishy about their business model. This housecleaning service promises that one housecleaner will spend 4-6 hours cleaning your home for the quoted price. (In the past, I have used services that sent a team of 2 for 2-3 hours, so this seemed right to me.) But the lady who came to my home was there just a little over 2 hours, according to a family member, and left piles of stuff everywhere and didn't do a good job. I was unhappy with the cleaning (anyone would have been) and called the office. They promised to send her back the next day. I agreed and left a key. Well, I don't know what happened, but when I arrived home, the key was on my kitchen counter and the place was exactly the same as the day before -- nothing touched, nothing cleaned, nothing moved. No plausible explanation from the office about what happened, though they insisted she got there. So I tried to pin the office staff down on how long they allotted for each housecleaning but got just a bunch of double talk about each cleaning lasting "as long as it takes." This doesn't make sense. If you promise 4-6 hours of cleaning for one house but send a single housecleaner to clean 3-4 houses in one day, guess what? The promised 4-6 hours isn't going to happen. They offered to schedule "more time" for my home, but it seemed to me that should not be necessary if you have already promised 4-6 hours of cleaning. My home is only 1400 sq feet, anyway, with just one bathroom. I work full time and can't be there to police them -- and shouldn't have to. That's their job, not mine.

The maid did an outstanding job cleaning. My place looks like its new again. The kitchen and bathroom are spotless! She was on time and very friendly. Their website is very user friendly. It was very easy to book my cleaning online. I would highly recommend king of maids and I will book again!
