I spoke with a number of other agents but none was as responsive or distance communication savvy. Steve was very proactive at replying to my updates on Connect MLS over the course of several months. I am keen on extensive research and exploring all the options when making any kind of a significant purchase so this was certainly my approach for home buying. When we finally met Steve for our first visit and to view several properties he was prompt, courteous and provided us with guidance and help in exploring several rather different neighborhoods. After two house hunting trips and a wide array of property types and locations (I like to ensure I have exlpored all the options!) we settled on a property. Steve was really patient helpful in explaining the bid and home buying process in detail as this was our first house purchase in the US. We were pursing a mortgage with our bank but did not get the rate we had expected. Steve then put us in touch with an equally kind, professional and caring mortgage lender and finally an attorney fitting the same profile. This is a testament to the kind of person Steve is as his network is also made up of solid, ethical professionals. I know we will see Steve again because I have every intention of having him over once we get the house fixed up, he wants to see the results!Most importantly I always felt Steve truly cared about achieving a positive outcome for us and ensuring we found the right property and were happy with each step of the process. I cannot recommend Steve highly enough as I feel he is highly ethical, kind and professional in every regard.
