EDITH'S CLEANING SVC

There were 2 female employees that arrived close to their scheduled time. I supplied all of the cleaning supplies and vacuum equipment. When the 2 cleaning people arrived they were given a brief explanation of what I wanted done. They were to clean 3 bathrooms, 3 hallways, living room, dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms, plus clean windows in these rooms, and the laundry room in my basement. They were there for 3 hours and only got to 2 bathrooms, 2 hallways, staircase, and 1 bedroom and the kitchen. The kitchen was not clean when they left, they didn't get to the living room, dining room, bathroom in the basement, and the laundry room, and my bedroom. They didn't vacuum very good and they stained my bath tub with rust stains from the Tile Ex. The kitchen floor was dirty and they left a dirty bucket full of dirty rags and water by the kitchen when they left. They certainly weren't efficient and I wouldn't have them back again. I made at least 3 attempts to reach the owner, Edith to discuss this matter as I certainly didn't get $120.00 worth of cleaning, but she wouldn't return my calls.

They were responsive. They did a good job. They came at the time they said they would. They brought all their own cleaning supplies. I was pleased with their work.

It's been excellent. They vacuum and dust.

Friendly people, often two so the cleaning goes very fast. Edith insists on hand washing floors, so they look great!
