Owner arrived at my home for pre-inspect. He located all areas to be resolved. I did have some delays setting appointment. But the company also had delays and the owner was difficult to work with. The owner was also difficult to reach. There was some asbestos that was missed on the project. I called to inform them that some areas were missed and they immediately schedule a crew to come out and complete. I did have a problem with the clearance report, the clearance testing was done prior to work being completed which made it useless to me. It was difficult resolving this matter, but one of the field workers stepped in to resolve this portion of the billing. I made a good faith effort to resolve this matter by requesting that the company complete final clearance testing of my home and they declined to do the work. I was confident that they completed the work satisfactorily.

They were very responsive and competitively priced. Overall they did an excellent job for us. In the course of the project, they did some damage to one of our pieces of HVAC equipment. These things happen. No issue in paying for repairing the problem. Altogether and excellent and very honest outfit. I would unhesitatingly recommend them.

They did a very good job. When I first called, they came out really quickly. There was a little confusion about when they were to start, so maybe the communication could be more organized. I'm still waiting to pay them.

These guys are amazing! Totally professional. They beat every estimate. The only hold up was on the county's end...It takes 10 days to attain a permit to perform work in our county. They started working on day 11! They showed up on time. The county inspector showed up during the abatement. Because all employees are up to date on all certifications, this went incredibly smooth.

The house was being sold and the buyers wanted the tile removed. This type of vinyl tile, installed during the 1950s and 1960s, contains asbestos. The glue used during the installation also contains asbestos. This company did a great job. They scheduled us quickly due to our tight deadline and completed the project within a couple days. They took care making sure the house, which was freshly decorated, was not damaged. Before removing the tile, they also removed and saved the carpet without an extra charge. Plus, all the workers were very nice and appeared to be hard workers who took their jobs seriously and made sure the customer was treated well.
