They were dreadful, they were awful. 8 months of pure *** from these guys. We were totally unhappy with that. These guys couldn't figure out which end of the paintbrush goes into the bucket let along be contractors. They left us with code violations and potential fire hazards. They were the worst. They should be run off the face of the earth. They were miserable to deal with, they did such sub-standard work and they left us with dangerous situations. The new guys that came in are finding all kinds of things, 220 where 110 should be and vice versa. Just really awful things. And then a ton of cosmetic stuff, painting over wall plates rather than removing them.

THE OWNER / CONTRACTOR APPEARED VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THAT WAS WHERE OUR POSITIVE EXPERIENCE ENDED. HE ASKED FOR THE DOWN PAYMENT IN CASH--WHEN WE TOLD HIM IT WOULD TAKE A COUPLE OF DAYS, HE TOOK A CHECK INSTEAD. THREE DAYS LATER HE ASKED IF HE COULD GET THE DEPOSIT IN CASH, WHICH WE DID. HOWEVER, HE HAD CASHED OUR CHECK IN THE MEANTIME. IT WAS A BATTLE TO GET HIM TO OUR HOUSE TO DO ANY WORK THEREAFTER. CALLS WERE RETURNED DAYS LATER ALWAYS WITH DRAMATIC EXCUSES: MY CHILD WAS IN THE ER, MY WIFE AND KIDS WERE IN A CAR ACCIDENT, ETC. HIS WORKER TOOK THE OLD CONCRETE HE WAS REMOVING AND DUMPED IT IN LOCAL BUSINESS DUMPSTER. AFTER PROMISING TO BRING THE CONCRETE IN BY WHEELBARROW, HE TOLD THE MIXER TO DRIVE ON OUR LAWN, LEAVING HUGE RUTS. PILES OF LEFTOVER CONCRETE WERE LEFT ON OUR LAWN, KILLING MORE GRASS. THE CONTRACTOR ASKED FOR THE BALANCE BEFORE THE WORK WAS EVEN DONE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE'VE EVER HAD WITH ANY SERVICE PROVIDER.
