+ -1 moreI needed a dryer fixed. They came out to diagnose the problem. We needed a motor according to them. That was on August 22. Today is September 12 and I am still waiting. We have made many calls to check on the part. Now they are not answering the phone if the call is made from a phone number associated with the account. You are probably wondering how I know this. Just called on my cell, voicemail kicked on. Called back on my work phone and they answered. They said that they would check the order.
Description of Work: I needed a dryer fixed. They came out to diagnose the problem. We needed a motor according to them. They supposedly ordered the part the next day. That was on August 22.
