They returned our call quickly and came out quickly as well to assess our issue. They were unable to do the work, as they don't do the particular work that is needed. I have used Borak in the past with no issues and would use/recommend them again.

No service performed; only an estimate. Borak submitted the lowest bid and Mr. Borak talked about how bad business was these days, After a few days I received the actual bid. Then I contacted the company regarding insurance information. Stanley Borak answered the phone. I identified myself and the bid I received. Then I asked about insurance and he replied, "I have plenty of insurance," after which the phone went dead. Believing that something happened to our connection, I called back. Again Mr. Borak answered the phone and I identified myself. Before I was able to ask a question, he yelled, "I have plenty of insurance" and hung up the phone. Now I understand why he said that business was bad. I immediately called the second lowest bid which was also from Angies' list.

Mr Borak came to my home within an hour after I called. He inspected the roof and made several suggestions for DIY repair. He gave me an estimate for the work his crew would do. I was impressed with his knowledge of the problem and his solution to fix it. I agreed to hire him to do the job. The work was completed a day or two later. My roof no longer leaks.
