+ -1 moreIt turned out they didn't have the product I need for my window. The person who came in to do the quote was very friendly, very professional, very knowledgeable. The problem was, to get someone to come and give me a quote, I had to call them like two or three times. And then when they came out to take a look, it took about two weeks to give me a quote, I had to call them back to get it. That person didn't call me back, I think they had a problem in the office.
Description of Work: Advance Glass came in to look at a window and give me a quote.

+ -1 moreADVANCE GLASS WAS PUNCTUAL AND PROFESSIONAL. THE WORKERS WERE NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. THE PHONE REPRESENTATIVE WAS GOOD WITH RETURNING CALLS AND ANSWERING QUESTIONS. THE CRANKS WORK WELL AND LOOK GOOD.
Description of Work: THE WINDOW CRANKS THROUGHOUT MOST OF MY HOUSE WERE STRIPPED AND NEEDED REPLACEMENT. ADVANCE GLASS DID THE JOB IN A TIMELY, COST EFFECTIVE MANNER.
