+ -1 moreI was pleased with the service. The owner did it himself, small company with very good price points compared to others I checkd. Will have him back. No contract to sign. The only thing I'm waiting for is for the company to call me for a 1 month check up; I requested this and the service provider stated that they would call and schedule.
Description of Work: Just thought I had a little mouse in the basement. He checked and placed the bait around. Also educated me on this type of issue as I've never encountered it before.

+ -1 moreI like that I don't see any bugs. We don't see ants or spiders or anything else in the house. It's a one man operation. He's very friendly and outgoing. He does his job and is efficient. He does a good job. He's been at it a long time and he knows what he's doing. The stuff he uses is effective and yet it's pet-friendly and human-friendly. He's always here when he says he will be and if he's not, then he calls. I give him a B for professionalism because some people might think he's too friendly but I don't think so.
Description of Work: I use State Line Pest Control and have used them for about ten years. We called them in the first place for carpenter ants. He comes back every three months. It costs $70 per visit. He was here about a month ago.
