Description of Work: Be sure, before signing any contract/estimate of services, you get everything written out IN DETAIL, down to the last plant. They charged me $460 to do spring cleanup. I had, unfortunately verbally, requested they cut down a patch of honeysuckle that had not been attended to since I moved in. I also requested they clean the eaves of leaves and cut down other bushes such as a large shrub next to the garage. They trimmed one bush by cutting it down approximately 3 feet leaving 5 feet still intached. They did clean the eaves and cut shoots off one tree (the shoots being left at the tree base). They did blow off leaves from the rock areas and clean out a 10'x16' raised garden. When I called to inquire about when they would finish the rest of the work, they denied there was any further work to be done. I asked what they considered was reasonable for $460 and the office begged off answering that question. Eventually they did cut down four honeysuckle bushes and the large bush next to the garage, but left the remaining bushes. They left the cuttings in the yard for approximately one week before they picked them up. When the second cutting was taking place, I specifically pointed out the remaining bushes that still needed trimming. These have not been done. I withheld $60 from the $460 for services not performed. RIght after my first call regarding the unfinished work, I received a call from the owner saying he felt I was taking advantage of the company. That was his opening statement. I was floored. Again I asked what $460 was supposed to cover and explained I had discussed, in detail with the estimator, what I wanted done/ He said he was not making any money on the job as his removal costs (I guess what it cost him to unload the debris) and he would make the estimator take care of the second part. In the meantime, I also had them maintaining my yeard. This meant mowing the lawn and removing debris from the driveway and walkway. I started noticing they were not removing the debris from the driveway and were blowing the leaves off the entryway by blowing them against the side of the house behine some large pots. Last Wednesday, they cut the lawn and I ran up to see if they'd removed the debris from the driveway and entryway. They did mow the lawn. Knowing this was going to be an issue not easily resolved by their seeing proof, I asked my neighbor to verify the debris was not removed. He took a look and definitely agreed with me. I then called the office and Jesse said they'd have someone call me. Nothing happened on THursday morning so I called the office and spoke with Marge. The short of it all was they were not going to do the removal as they felt I had gotten enough out of them. I was dumbfounded. Since I have a written contract with them, I called again saying it seemed reasonable to end the contract. She was more than agreeable to that. I requested confirmation in writing and I am now waiting for tlhis. I could go on and discuss their billing system wlhich seems antiquated and definitely not user friendly, but I am satisfied that my relationship with this company will soon be severed.

Description of Work: The services are ongoing. We have contracted with them to service a couple of rental properties.
