Description of Work: I called and left voicemail roughly a half dozen times, my phone call was not returned, I happened to catch him on the phone twice - once to confirm my address and the second time was to set up a time for an estimate. He said that he would try to make it out over the weekend to give me an estimate and that he would call me before heading over. He never came out and he did not call me back. I tried to call one more time and got no response. Needless to say - I went in a different direction.

+ -1 moreContacted owner requesting quote. Owner, Jeff contacted me within an hour and came that evening and provided a quote. Several weeks later we contacted Jeff to schedule a date, at that time Jeff indicated due to wet ground and job load that it would be 3 weeks. Jeff contacted us and said he would be coming on a Wednesday, the two man crew arrived, cut our 40 ft. Box Elder, ground the stump below ground level, cleaned the area. The whole job took about 2 hours. Both he and his assistant were polite, respectful and professional. Big Jeff's pricing is very reasonable compared to three other quotes I received from Tree Service companies listed on Angie's List. Big Jeff's is insured and offers other yard services. We have another 2 Box Elders in our back yard that will need to come down and we will contract Big Jeff's to do this job. Big Jeff's has done multiple tree cutting jobs in our subdivision, would recommend him to others.
