Words are not enough to express my thanks and appreciation for the work done on this project. To begin with, this was an emergency repair job; furnace was completely dead in sub-freezing weather. Ticket was called in through Home Warranty, but they did not have any HVAC folks locally and recommended we contract our own. Bob Bergen had a technician on-site within an hour of contacting him. Not only was this technician extremely experienced and knowledgeable, but he managed to repair the damage and get our furnace working again within 30 minutes of his arrival. To top it off, the total bill was less than my deductible for my Home Warranty. I would definitely use this provider again.

This is a father, son & grandson business all trained by the dad who is a stickler for details, for approaching tough problems on a step by step basis, for researching specific diagrams of parts, wiring, etc. and for generally doing an absolutely first rate, top-of-the-line professional job. And he was very inexpensive, very quick, and very polite. Two other companies, including the installer, had not been able to figure out the problem at all & he had it solved in under an hour. The wrong kind of low voltage wiring had been used & that prevented emergency heat from automatically backing up the heat pump. Amazing, I had good luck using HomeAdvisor for my mother 200 miles from here so I thought I'd try it in Springfield since I was having no luck. I will surely use this again!

He was able to come the same day that I called. My husband said that he was polite, efficient and the repair was at a fair price. (A family member had the same repair with a different company, and it cost him $40 more.
