The repair was done quickly. Calvin left us a couple of suggestions we could try,to help the air conditioner cool better.

I don't think I can say enough about them. Fantastic service, and something that I don't see very often: concern. I felt it was real. They wanted to take care of the problem as soon as possible. Our furnace had a gas pressure switch go out, and we had not heat. The temperature was 19 heading to 5 below. The parts was not a standard, so it has to be ordered. They kept us informed of what was going on. They ordered the part on Wednesday, arriving on Thursday. As soon as it was in, they got the part, let us know they were coming. The part was installed, and we beat the 5 below temperatures tonight. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I had Calvin on a service call last year. Thank God I had him this time also. So, if you get Calvin, you got a good man. Thanks again.

They were quick to respond when I had a furnace issue on one of the coldest days of the year. Hooked up the troubleshooting device and instantly found what was wrong. Had it back up and running in half a hour.

Called on Saturday for some furnace issues. Calvin came out on a Sunday and not only did he fix the issue quickly, he answered all other questions and even hooked up a wire on the furnace so I could add a WiFi thermostat in the future. Family owned and very reliable and priced well. Will highly recommend to everyone.

Ben called first thing in the morning and we set up an appointment. James came and was fast and courteous.

Called them in for a broken furnace, which they said would have to be replaced. I was skeptical but even when I asked to wait for another opinion the call-out was treated like a bid so they didn't charge me even though he was here for more than an hour. And it turned out they were right, and had a lower price, so I called them back for the replacement. It took a couple of days for installation and they were unfailingly polite and respectful the entire time. Highly recommend.

I had a call from Bob Bergen Heating & Refrigeration within 5 minutes of completing the information on HomeAdvisor. The technician really knew his stuff! The AC wasn't working and he had to rebuild the unit. It was done by 5:30 p.m. I would highly recommend them!! If we have any problems with hearing or the AC, we'll definitely be using Bob Bergen again. we're very happy with the service we received.

AC wasn’t working this morning and it happened to be a day off for me. Contacted Bob Bergen’s and they were able to not only come out and tell me what was wrong but fixed it all by 12:30 for a very reasonable price. The technician also pointed out an additional issue that was causing carbon monoxide to leak into our house and we scheduled that repair for next week. Friendly, courteous, affordable and efficient. I couldn’t have asked for more.

The young gentleman 'Calvin' that came was vary nice and polite. He was very patient with me when I was describing problem and answering all my questions. I will call Bergen again for any problems with my my HVAC. Outstanding.

James was here twice and was prompt both times. The first time he arrived, he check out the air conditioning system to determine the problem as to why it was not cooling. He found what may be a possible refrigerant leak where ice was built up. He said that it was low on refrigerant so he and I set up a time to return the next day to install more refrigerant. Jim was very knowledgeable. I would hire him again for any future cooling problems that may arise.

Extremely prompt service! Thought l had an AC condenser moisture problem. Turned out to be a plumbing issue instead and Bergen's rep was spot-on with the plumbing diagnosis. Will definitely contact Bergen if I do have an HVAC issue
