Description of Work: I called for an estimate on insulation. Talked to a man in the office and gave him my name and number. He said someone would call me back later that day. Ten days later, when I hadn't heard from anyone, called again. A woman called me back and made an appt for the next day. She was here on time and did her assessment. I got an email that evening with an estimate. She told me to call with any questions. I called 2 days later, left a message. That was 7 days ago. Don't know if they do a good job. They do a poor job of staying in contact with potential customers.

+ -1 moreThey have been around for a while. They are professional, punctual, and do good work. The work went very well. I did not have any complaints. Insulation is normally a dirty job and it is difficult to keep the environment clean while doing it. They cleaned up as well as they could. I did not pay for the job as it was a tax incentive. They try as much as they can to alleviate the cost for the customer; they are reasonable. I will definitely use them again if required.
Description of Work: I used Olmsted Brothers Inc. for house insulation, a month ago. They insulated a pantry for me.
