+ -1 moreI had a few small jobs for Chris and he was a nightmare dealing with... he simply told me that he would take care of it, took my money and then stopped returning phone calls. He owes me around $380. I do not recommend going to him. he will take your money, he is dishonest and unreliable. Untrustworthy to say the least , do not spend money with this person.

+ 0 moreChris did an excellent job, was very conscientious in his work and power washed the steps until he was satisfied with the result. The building is over 100 years old and there was layers and layers of paint and patching that needed to come off, he power washed for two days before he painted. I am very satisfied with his work, and plan on working with him again.
Description of Work: I have an apartment building that needed the old concrete steps power washed and painted. I picked up C.A.F. Paintings business card where I buy my paint. I called Chris the next day, he was very polite and business like, asked several questions and said he would come by the following day to look at the property and give me an estimate. Chris called me the next day and asked my email address and said he would email an estimate. He emailed an estimate broke it down into two separate jobs, stairs and front balcony, foundation. I asked him to do the stairs and balcony. He showed up when he said he was going to, he power washed for 2 days on the steps and front of the building, there were 50 years for paint and patching. He waited two days after the power washing to let everything dry and then painted. He did a great job the front looks so nice now that I'm planning on doing the foundation soon.
