+ -1 more'Candy found us a really awesome rental-an 1896 Victorian cottage in Lemont, IL. We enjoyed the area and it was close to my husband's work. I was in PA during the hunt so she made sure I was kept up to date on the search. One year later when our house sold in PA, Candy worked with us to find our house. My husband worked in the area we were interested in so Candy went out of her way to pick me up so my husband and I could drive home together. When Candy e-mailed the stats for the house we bought, we drove by Sat, called Candy, and went for a showing at 5pm Sunday. Showing, bidding and contract took only 3 hours. Candy helped things go smoothly and the closing happened in only 3 weeks.
Description of Work: Candy found us a rental for a year when other agents wouldn't go out to show houses on Memorial Day weekend. When our house sold, Candy e-mailed houses that came on the market-some before they came on the internet. We did drive-bys and she got us showings of houses on short notice.
