 + -1 moreIt went extremely well. The three person crew were very professional, left no dirt or mess in the house, and cleaned everything as requested. Some of the windows are difficult to reach (at the 2nd story both inside and outside) and they had no trouble dealing with them. I would definitely recommend them to others and plan to hire them again next year.
Description of Work: I needed all the windows and sliders, plus screens, in my house cleaned. The house is three stories on the back side, so adequate ladders were needed. The company provided an estimate based upon the number of windows/ sliders, etc., and was able to do the work within a week of providing the estimate. This had to all be done by hand and not by using a pressure washer.

 + -1 moreWindow Genie did an excellent job. I was impressed from the very beginning with their responsiveness and professionalism related to my initial questions and getting me a quote. They sent two people out to do the job and they did outstanding work. They were courteous and professional at all times. The windows and screens look amazing! I will definitely use Window Genie again and would highly recommend them.
