Swinderman Engineering Services is Central Illinois' Low Voltage Specialist. We focus on all aspects of Home Theater, Distributed Home Audio, Commercial Audio and Video, Video Surveillance, Home Automation, Lighting Control and Home Networking. SES has 5 full time employees and does not use subcontractors. The owner, Jesse Swinderman, has a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Illinois and has 20 years of experience in the audio video field.

I appreciated the opportunity to work with you, but I'm a little confused by the grade of C you left us on Angies List. You left a 4 Star out 5 rating on my Website which in my mind translates to a B. I communicated my hourly rate to you from the beginning and that there would be a trip charge as well. We made an effort to use your existing antenna to save you money, but it didn't work very well, so we installed a new one. 3 hours of labor @$79/hr, a trip charge @ $79 and all the antenna parts adding up to $439 isn't really pricey when you really examine what was involved and what was done. I also communicated with you numerous times via email and texting to coordinate the project and our arrival and my installer is very proficient and professional. I would hope that when we communicate like this and are very upfront about our pricing and procedures and the job was done well, that it would result in a grade higher than C. You could have discussed the price with me before you paid if you had any concerns, but you paid in less than a week which indicated you were happy with the work and had no questions about the price.
