 + -1 moreThe 2 men who came, one a cleaner and the other an apprentice, cleaned the carpet and put on the protection spray. In the process they repeatedly banged into the floor boards and walls, removing paint in multiple spots. In other spots they left sprays of dirt and hair that apparently had been in the carpet and should have been sucked up by their equipment. They also knocked a prize piece of sculpture from a wall which broke, and a small piece that broke off was not found. I asked if it had been suctioned up, and I was told "no" with no attempt to see if it had been. We are still negotiating with the managers for payment for the damage to the sculpture more than 3 weeks after the damage.
Description of Work: They were to clean my carpets in 3 areas of the house and then put a protection spray on the same areas.

 + -1 moreI got a quote from their website and when I tried to schedule an appointment, I received a message saying that the minimum order they would be $100. Although $100 is not much for carpet cleaning, some customers may need a smaller space cleaned and should be aware of the minimum cost before spending time on a quote and trying to schedule an appointment.
Description of Work: Waste of time to get a quote because there is a minimum charge of $100 so they should mention that before wasting your time getting a quote and going all the way up to trying to schedule an appointment.

Description of Work: They cleaned the upper floor of my bi-level which has a large living-dining room, hallway, 2 bedrooms, stairs and a landing. I called two days earlier and was able to schedule cleaning at my convenience. The two men were punctual and they called to let me know when they were on the way. They were courteous and professional and answered all my questions about the time it would take before it was good to walk on the carpet. I had used them several years ago and had a similar positive experience so I used them again in spite of a negative review on the list. They told me that there had been an employee who was fired for doing unauthorized services and charging more than the estimate. Both times I used them they performed exactly what I asked for the agreed upon price.

 + -1 moreI was given a quote online of $167 and it ended up $261. I only wanted hall carpet cleaned and the living room and family room rugs cleaned and protection added. They put protection on all three carpets plus deodorizer. I only wanted what I stated on the order form on line. What stains I had are still sitting there untouched. Plus I decided to order a rake and was given 3 different prices. Was told someone would deliver the rake but after a week it never arrived. My husband called and was told when a worker was in our area it would be dropped off. Next day doorbell rang and a rake was sitting there. It was a used dirty rake which someone took out of their truck and left. I was expecting a new rake since it cost $24.95.
Description of Work: I wanted the living room and family room carpets cleaned and protection added. I wanted the hall carpet cleaned only.
