+ -1 moreTerrible. They have no idea what they were doing.It had nothing to do with pricing it had to do with their service, it was terrible. I actually had words with them about it because we had two problems and we started out with the microwave didn't work. So we called them just to come in and replace a simple board inside the thing, I think it took them three Saturdays to come in to get the right board to put in to the microwave that was out. And its a simple thing when everything is on file the serial numbers are on their record, they know what kind we have so the guy show up three times and doesn't even have the right parts. We also had them called about, we had an ice maker and a refrigerator that simply never worked right so they were there trying to fix that and some more problems happened with that, there was one screw up after another they couldn't get the right part in and they bought the wrong part for the wrong refrigerator and everything is on file so we know how they're service works with them everything is computerized so they know exactly what you have in your house. How can you send a person out with the wrong part if you know exactly what the refrigerator is I don't know so it was back and forth they charged us for it, the parts and they never got the parts in, we still never got a credit for that from sears for the part they charged us for. I called customer service a couple times cause I mean it's terrible.
