Description of Work: I had a very small chip in my windshield (smaller than a pencil eraser) and was charged $100, which I feel is excessive. I also paid for windshield wipers that they had to order because they had none in stock for my make/model. I had to return a few days later to have them installed. When I went in, they walked to the wiper display and took mine off the rack. I would have thought they would have been set aside for me since they were paid for and they had to "special" order them. The technician was unable to install the wipers, so I left without new wipers, having made a special trip there. I was refunded my money. When I asked about the cost of the chip, they said that was their base cost, no matter what the size of the chip. Ridiculous.
