+ -1 moreEvery aspect of Mr. Gordon's service was impeccable. I could not recommend him to you in stronger terms if you are looking to purchase a home in the Urbana-Champaign or outlying areas.
Description of Work: I am writing this recommendation mainly for Mr. Dan Gordon of the RE/MAX Choice - SellingHomes24-7 Team, although every member of the team I worked with was both thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and supportive. In short, Mr. Gordon helped me find a house in Urbana to purchase that meets my needs perfectly and at the right price. Now a few months after living in my new home, I am even more convinced that he helped me make the right choice. Throughout the process of doing so, he was tenacious in bringing properties to my attention, as some went extremely fast, there were financial issues with others on the selling side. His expert knowledge gained by renovating and reselling homes himself allowed him to point out issues with some of the properties we viewed that I am sure other brokers would not have identified.

She set up meetings with builders, made many viewing appointments for me and even after I decided to build has been helpful in taking me in houses to look at interiors I like. She was extremely attentive and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor. She's super easy to work with and I'm very grateful for all her time and energy! In the end I am building a wonderful custom home and Hila helped make a stressful process much easier.

Description of Work: We needed to sell our house due to a relocation to another state, The sale had to be quick to avoid dealing with it after we move. Super agent Hila came to our house, evaluated its worth accurately, and advised of changes need to be made to shine the true value of the house. She spared no cost, hiring the right crew to make the house more appealing and publishing it in all of the websites. Hila communicated with us all through the process, explaining us where we at in every stage, advising what can be done better and easing our tension overall.
