We had a horrible experience with Rector Construction. I highly recommend going with a different company.

Outstanding experience from start to finish! Rector was one of a handful of local contractors I solicited bids from for a roof replacement. Their estimate came in near the low end of the range, so I was a bit concerned about the quality of the job they'd do, but they were very responsive to any questions I had and I felt reassured enough to go with them. I need not have worried: The crew they sent over was very professional, they completed the job in less than a day, and they did an amazing job cleaning up the area around the house. At the end of the day, you couldn't tell that just hours earlier this area had been littered with debris from the old roof. The new roof looks great and so far has held up well through several heavy rain storms. Billing was straightforward and fair, with no hidden costs, and no unexpected extras. All in all, I am extremely happy with Rector Construction and I highly recommend them.
