John Mielke was great! He was early, thoroughly reviewed the property we were considering for purchase and provided all sorts of tips and answers to our questions. We would highly recommend Pristine and John!!

I have used Pristine in the past and, as usual, they were prompt, professional, thorough and a great company to work with. They scheduled the septic inspection (they coordinate with another company for this) and there were some scheduling issues. Peggy went above and beyond to work with the third party and ensure the inspection was done. We had issues with a tenant at the originally scheduled inspection date and had to leave. Mark was very accommodating with re-scheduling this inspection. Mark spend several hours on the inspection and allowed me to walk along the entire time. The report is easy to understand and laid out in a logical format. Just a great group of people to work with! Highly recommend.

Pristine Home inspections did a fantastic job for me in inspecting my house. They were very thorough in inspecting all aspects of my new house from major to minor items. Moreover, the inspector made a point of explaining in detail all the data he had collected and communicating it in a way that was clear and helpful. Moreover, the report that was generated was similarly lucid and informative with accompanying pictures and recommendations for amending problems. Finally, when I called Pristine Inspections to ask for help with a question about furnace maintenance, he came over, helped me get into the furnace, modelled for me how to get the filters in and out, and then left me with a couple new filters and a special tool to open up the filter compartment--all at no extra cost! The inspector was consistently polite, friendly, competent, and professional. Customer safety and satisfaction are obviously core goals for Pristine Inspections--I recommend them very strongly! -- Mark F

Pristine Inspections and Testing were fantastic. The level of effort extended during the inspection was beyond other home inspections I've had performed in the past. They spent over 3 hours roof to foundation, attic to basement. The inspection report was received within 24 hours and was very detailed.

John Mielke was punctual and very knowledgeable. He was happy to answer our questions and was able to explain everything in a way we could understand.

Casey was punctual and organized. This was our first home buying experience, and Pristine Inspections was recommended by our realtor. We were pleasantly surprised at how detailed Casey was. The inspection lasted from 8:30 am sharp to 11:15 am. He went through the whole house and pointed the littlest of flaws that were not up to code. We are not well-versed with a lot of repair and maintenance stuff, but he was able to explain these to us clearly. The report provided was very detailed and useful in our decision to continue purchasing the home. Highly recommended.

Mark was very thorough and helpful. We were included in every step of the inspection. If we had questions or concerns, he was very knowledgeable and patient and took the time to answer all of our questions. He explained things ahead of time that he knew would be in the report so we would have a better understanding. If we were to ever move again, I would not hesitate to use them again.

This was the second home inspection we had done by John Mielke of Pristine Inspections. Both were very thorough, and John took his time explaining everything to us in great detail. Because of roof problems John discovered on this inspection, we asked the home sellers to repair a portion of the roof. John came back and re-inspected after the repair, and was still not happy with the roof. The sellers ended up giving us a credit for the roof, and we repaired it properly after buying the house. Thanks to John, we were able to get a potentially serious problem addressed by the sellers. Very happy with Pristine, and would highly recommend.

Fantastic! I had Mark Adair as my inspector- he was very friendly and personable and spent a lot of time talking me through the inspection and everything he was looking at. He arrived on time and spent a LOT of time going through everything in the house and documenting every tiny detail. Pristine costs a bit more than other companies, but it is 100% worth it. I will only use this group for future home inspection and radon testing needs!

Very impressed with Pristine Inspection and Testing's inspection of a house we were thinking of buying. Very good communication before, during, and after the inspection. Very thorough inspection and very extensive and detailed report, including photographs of problem areas. Because of unseen problems discovered by Pristine, we did not buy the house. They saved us from a possible disaster. Will definitely use them again on the next house we consider buying. The inspector, John Mielke, was very knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt with his service.

This was the second time we'd had a home inspection done by Pristine Inspections and John Mielke. We received great service and a great report this time as well as the first. John pointed out some problems with the house we were thinking of buying. We had the seller address these problems, and then John came back for a re-inspection, and was thorough on that as well. Was very personable and answered many questions that I had. Found many things that I missed on my walk through. Was able to contact the agent about some of the out of code things. We are buying the home as-is, but he was able to convince the real estate agent to do some fixes to get the house in code. He stayed for more than an hour after he was contracted and showed us many details of things he would fix. Very professional interaction. The price was a little more than expected, but the service warranted the price.

The Home Inspection was Excellent and Very Professional, I was very impressed with the service on our new home and feel very satisfied and comfortable that we are buying a very good home. I had never experienced a home inspection and I highly recommend everyone use Pristine Inspections as there home inspectors. Not only did they do a great job we became friends with the Inspector, he a very awesome guy and made us all feel very comfortable from the very beginning.

This inspection went quite well. Inspector requested he be contacted if we had not received the report by 8 am the next morning. The inspection was done on a condo, but was very complete. I received the report via email before 10 pm that night. We were able to pay for the inspection either by check, credit card, or online. It was very convenient. If necessary, I will use this inspection service again and highly recommended it.

Mark did a fantastic and competent job. He was on-time and very courteous throughout the inspection. He explained that he liked having the person paying for the inspection present, so I never felt like I was in the way. He asked questions to make sure that he was addressing any concerns about the house that I had, and he explained everything as he went along. I felt like his inspection was very thorough and fair. I would highly recommend both the company and Mark to anyone thinking about getting a home inspection.

Arriving on time, Mr. Cheney explained in detail about the testing purpose, procedure, and evaluation. He offered options and let us decide what needed to be done. Very professional and no conflict of interest with those doing remediation. He went above and beyond to also test for temperature and moisture variances.
