Responded quickly to my request for an estimate to install network cabling to an existing residential home. Listened to my needs during a phone conversation, which the company owner confirmed by visiting on-site to spot problems and recommend alternatives. Presented a detailed proposal with a fair price. Workers were accompanied by owner, who briefed them on details of the project. The installers were professional, pleasant and thoroughly investigated alternatives to install cabling in the least obtrusive manner. In turn, they provided input on my alternatives accompanied by their opinions regarding the benefits and drawbacks of each approach. I was pleased that they satisfied my needs by cutting one small hole to a bedroom ceiling, which is barely noticeable. Consummate professionals who represent what I consider a well-regarded, customer-oriented company. I plan to use Picture Perfect Technologies again. Highly regarded and recommended.
