Great work, very professional. You do have to wait a long time to get them out because they are so busy, but if you can wait, it's worth it.

Steve was great to work with. He would call me personally and let me know where we were in the project. He did a free estimate first. He listened to what I wanted and did a great job. I would call in advance if you want a project done because he is busy. The quality of the work was excellent. Highly recommend.

They were very good. Their price was reasonable for what they have done. They gave me an estimate which was high but the estimate was very complete and it described the work to be done. Even if it was higher I believe it was in line with what the job entails. He came out ahead of time and talked with me; we went over with what's needed to be done. After the work was done, he came back to make sure that I was satisfied and that he was satisfied with the work they have been done. We were both satisfied and that was a good thing to do. They were prompt and came when they said they were coming. He called me ahead of time; a day or so ahead of the work to let me know when it would be. They worked hard the whole time. They were courteous and cleaned up things before they left. I have strawberries around one side of my house and all of that were protected and looks fine. I appreciated the care that they took with that.

Excellent! Professional group and caring about their work and customers! They completed the project with reliability, explanations were thorough by each employee. The cost was fair for the amount of labor involved. We hope to have Pankau co. return to for further needs dorm this good old house!

They arrived on time and started work, they did an excellent job on the repair of the steps, as they were digging along the house they struck the well line, which we had told them about. It took time, but it was repaired and cleaned up. The tarred the exterior wall, but did not go all the way and seal it as it should have been done. The surface mount of the drain pipes ended right at the end of the patio and the water poured out on the patio, with mud and came back to the house. The problem with the link at the edge of the house that we thought would be fixed by digging and sealing still leaks.

When they said they were going to be here they were here, they did nice work, they levelled everything off, they had good suggestions about how to help the problem and everything, and their clean up was nice. I was very happy with that.

Called for an estimate to repair cracks in firebrick on bottom of fireplace. He arrived on time and advised me to call another company in Decatur who specialized in fireplace inserts to see if they had the part needed. Also advised me that if (as he suspected) the company that manufactured my fireplace had gone out of business that I could make the repair myself with castable refractory cement. I offered to pay for his time but he refused, as this was a free estimate call. Will definitely call him back in the future should I need any masonry work.

The work was very professional and was completed when promised. It was obvious that the owner takes great pride in his work. Although the cost was a bit higher than other quotes, it was well worth it. We are very pleased with the experience.
