I've been paying for 5 months to eradicate a flea problem and they have not been able to fix the problem. Then they got an attitude with me when I called to ask them to come out and spray again about it saying that WE really need to figure out a solution because they have had to come out and spray so many times. They guaranteed I would be flea free but I'm still not.

I have a contract with them and they come out every two months to our home. I would recommend their services to others and will continue to use them in the future; we have used them for years.

They were fine. It took multiple visits on their part. It was really for one project. They started November of last year and took a few different visits. I had looked on Angie's List and there wasn't much there. They are a national organization I guess, and that seemed to work out okay. I thought they did a very good job. I didn't really compare their pricing with anything. I liked what they said and that was what we went with. That's how it is. They were very responsive. I would use them again.

The technician is personable. I like their customer service. Their price is comparable to other services. They offer assurances that other companies do not. They are established. They call the day before they come out. The technician is punctual.

They have been excellent. They charge $220 a year for 3 apartment buildings. When I originally purchased units, it was under contract and they found live termites when we purchased property. They came back and treated them. If we have a problem anytime, they come and treat it for us. It is covered in the annual cost itself. I do have to work on bed bug problem in the apartment.
