Description of Work: I needed several electric lights evaluated and fixed (two ceiling lights, one can light, one sconce beside bath mirror) in a 110+ year old house AND the bathroom tub faucet leak fixed. The repairman refused to even evaluate the can light because he would have to go into the attic. He did not fix any of the other lights either, only getting on a ladder to look at one. As to the faucet drip, he removed the washers but did not replace them with the same size, thus requiring that he cut into the wainscotting around the faucet handle in the wall, which he did badly and unevenly, and left if that way. After he left, the faucet handle spun around and around, and he had to come back the next day to re-fix it. I was very disappointed in the quality of his work, the bill, and his reluctance to even deal with my electrical issues. I will never use Mattex Service again, and do not recommend it to my friends and neighbors.
