Unbelievably clean. I was totally amazed. Well worth every penny

They cleaned the refrigerator and oven as I requested, but there was still food caked around the cooktop, the carpets were not vacuumed well and, usually, after I order a cleaning service, I can see the shine on mirrors, woodwork and counters, and smell the crisp scent of cleaners used, but there were neither of these present when I stopped by later that day. I hired a different company to do the move out clean for my apartment and they were pricier but did a much better job.

Had to call them back after almost every job. it was different people each time. They only cleaned the obvious areas and when I would wipe my hand under the table a chair or curio cabinet it was obvious they didn't even dust under there. In my bathroom there is a bench very easy to move there were dust bunnies clumped under there so obvious they didn't clean my floor very well. It was ridiculous for the amount of money we paid! I fired them after the fourth cleaning, I didn't even want to call them back again.

It was the sloppiest deep clean we have ever experienced. They charge about $280 for the first clean saying it is a deep clean. But it is not a deep clean at all. Do you think less than 3 hr cleaning by three crews can be a deep clean? In my perspective, the large amount of money they charge at first is a kind of hook so that customers would use their service again to make up for their initial spending of the money. Be specific when asking their service!

I will not use them again. It was a rushed job, for sure. When I do it, I do it right. I like to do it so it is clean, like a deep clean. It is like a three-hour job for me to do the whole house and they did it in an hour. It just was not done right in my opinion. Maybe for some people who do not have kids, it would be fine but from my personal view, it was not. I did my research and their price was competitive with everybody else.

Overall, the company did a great job cleaning my home, including floorboards, nooks, crannies. They were able to do it quickly and efficiently. I was a little disappointed that they were unable to easily clean the chandelier in our vaulted entryway because I was told they clean fraternity/sorority houses in the area, and I thought they should have had the ability to reach the chandelier and high areas in the entryway. The smell of some of the cleaning products also bothered me. This is the reason I stopped service with them. But I would consider using their services again, especially if I could ask to use some cleaning products that I supply.

The people that answer the calls are always professional and courteous. I am not always sure the the people who clean are professional. It is a two part thing in that particular company. I was referred to them from a friend.

I think they are very thorough, very prompt and very accommodative.

I have used them a few times in the past. I had a worker at my house the day they were scheduled to come and clean. They rescheduled their day to accommodate me at the very last minute. I couldn't believe they were able to do that because they were very backed up due to Easter. They are excellent. Their quality is excellent, they really do a great job. I am going to call them today to get on their monthly cleaning schedule.

They follow the directions I give them and do what I want to do. I don't think any maid company does as good a job as they do. I find them to be very affordable and they will work with your schedule.

They have good quality work, but they stole some medication drugs from us. I would not recommend them.

They are outstanding. We have a very large house, so, it was negotiated for the size. We've had them for several years. They get high ratings and we will continue to use them. They are very professional and advertise in Champaign.

They had a whole form for the estimate, which had a lot of information about their work. They were very thorough. They were a little over priced. Any other cleaning services are probably cheaper.

Maid to Perfection came and cleaned my 1500 sq ft home in Urbana every other week for about 3 months after the birth of my third child. They were there on time, worked quickly and efficiently and did a good job. Everyone I dealt with there was kind and professional.

I use them on a semi monthly basis. Staff is friendly, courteous, and professional.
