They were on time as scheduled. I wish they had all the details in hand before they came in and was prepared to handle any unexpected situations, professionally. After they finished one room, they moved to next room and when I checked the room that was completed, I found that they didn't clean under the furniture's. We don't have much furniture's in my home except the main furnitures like . The quote was given to me including the cost for moving furniture's and clean it. When I asked the service people , they said they don't have the instruction for that. Then I had to show the quote mentioning about this. Then they agreed to do it. Even after that, they were not moving all the furniture's as if I am asking them to do things for free.

Two very professional gentlemen arrived punctually and explained how they would be cleaning the stairs. They asked whether there were any particular stains and if I knew what caused them. Since the stains predated our living in the house, I wasn't able to give them this information but they did come out. Both sets of stairs look wonderful and smell even better. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

It is a local company. It is a family owned carpet cleaning service, but they are like a franchise. I like that they provide good service. They actually did two separate homes for me and they did a good job. Their price was fair. The staff was good. Since I used them for two homes, they gave me a discount on both homes.

I had them clean my porcelain tile floor. There was also some linoleum stuck in the grout and they managed to get it all out. They're a local company, I've seen them around and so I decided to give them a shot. It turns out they did the job that no one else could do!

Great, we have no complaints whatsoever. I've tried to find others for less, but they have fair prices and quick service. We'll use them again.

They are very thorough and very conscientious. They back up what they do and if the spots come back they come out as many times as needed. They keep treating the spot until it gets as good as it can get. They are very good at what they do.

From the initial measurement/estimates to the follow-up customer satisfaction call the next day, KleenRite was professional and did an outstanding cleaning job. The staff was consistantly friendly.

Very expensive and really no better than any other cleaner I have used. Had to have them back for spots missed. I had a coupon that helped defray the cost of the first visit.
