Description of Work: Installed gas fireplace insert. Had shopped around and although they were not the absolute cheapest, they were in the neighborhood and they made the process easier than any other provider we contacted for estimates. They did what they said they would, when they said they would. Completely satisfied.

Description of Work: I had them install a new furnace and air conditioner. I asked for three price-point options, gave them an idea of what I could afford, and the salesman provided three really good estimates. I chose the highest one because it gave me the greatest value for the money. Everything was very professional from start to finish. I am very happy I chose Jesse for this work.

Description of Work: Purchased and installed gas-log fireplace. Technician was very friendly. I noticed a small problem a few months with fire-resistant insulation that they had installed, and they said the installation work was only guaranteed for 30 days, however, they did come back and make the necessary repairs (even though it was after 30 days).

Description of Work: requested quote for ac and furnace. although we went with another provider we were very impressed with their professionalism and honesty. they also diagnosed that the existing ac had been oversize and caused the high humidity levels we had for 20 years. totally different from the preceding ac provider.

Description of Work: My AC/Furnace stopped working. Tech came and said he could repair but due to the age of my furnace it wasn't recommended. He referred me to call in to get an estimate. When tech came for estimate he gave me two choices, one lower price and one higher price. Since the house is so old, I went with the lower price and tech agreed. I was surprised that the estimate was below what I expected and he even priced changing my AC Coil out. I will write another review after work is done.

+ 0 moreArrived when scheduled, finished in 5 hours, and work done was fine quality. This unit was replacing an old wall gas furnace, so gas line and direct outside vent had to be rerouted and corner fireplace surround had to be constructed. Mantel and tile front was done later by someone else.
Description of Work: Installed New Direct Vent Lennox Gas Fireplace, which included constructing wood/cementboard frame for mantel and new corner fireplace location, and running new gas line.

They were excellent. We didn’t have any problems with them. We will use their services again in the future. They did some great work for us.
Description of Work: We used Jesse Heating & Air Conditioning. We last used their services six months ago. We have a heating and air conditioning unit in the wall in a room. So they fixed the thermostat for us.

Description of Work: They corrected problems with gas fireplace, moved the pilot light to an accessible spot, and cleaned the fireplace. They turned a non-functional gas fireplace into a delightful centerpiece of our living room.
