 + -1 moreMrs Holland was puctual for the appointment and seemed to ask the right questions. She had reasonable suggestions and seemed to collect all the relavant measurments. However, despite her assurance that I would 'hear from her soon', I never heard anything. No bid was provided and all attempts at telephone contact were ignored.

 + 0 moreThey were almost 1/2 hour late for the appointment at my house. I had to call the office to find out what was going on - they didn't call me to let me know they'd be late. However, they were very friendly and seemed knowledgable when they visited. They told me that it would at least be a week before they could get to my job but indicated they'd get me an estimate soon. However, they took about 2 weeks to call me back to offer me my estimate. By this time I'd found somebody else and I told them I was no longer interested. I can't vouch for the quality of their work as I didn't end up hiring them - they could be good.
Description of Work: I had them come to my house to provide an estimate for re-tiling my shower. The grout was cracking and the materials behind the tile were getting wet, so the shower was out of commission. They didn't perform any actual services besides this visit to generate an estimate.
