Tim is a thorough installer. He helped advise us in getting our cable company to install new cable outside that was old and faulty. He then did an excellent job installing the inside wireless cable in our home. He is professional and courteous. His work is excellent!

Tim Apperson is a competent trustworthy professional and dependable. Tim is knowledgeable about products from the basic to the complex AV system. Tim spent extra time to explain how the system works and was available to walk me through trouble spots I had learning the system. He will be available should you have any issues and guarantees his work. I have had no problems since the installation and enjoy the product choices he recommended. Do have no hesitations when choosing to hire Tim.
