GOOD VIBES SOUND

Mike Brya came to our house on a Saturday morning and listened to what we wanted to accomplish. My husband loves symphonic and classical music. He has a very good ear and wants to hear all the instruments and also wants it to sound like he's in a large performance venue. Mike checked out what we had and went down in the basement to analyze what installation issues might arise. He's very friendly and very easy to work with. He's an outstanding listener and doesn't just try to sell you something; his every suggestion was aimed at addressing our expressed concerns. He suggested we come to the store and listen to the various speaker options in a room dedicated to that kind of thing. We did that and were amazed at the variation in sound quality based on design of the products. My husband had no trouble choosing between the options. A few days later we rec'd an email from Mike outlining what new equipment we needed and how we might best utilize our existing equipment (we ended up getting rid of 2 huge speakers and keeping two smaller high quality speakers which we used to bump up the sound in an adjoining room). All the costs were provided up front in detail. The installation occurred about 10 days later (when our new speakers came in). Justin (or Jason?) arrived a little late (they called ahead to advise me of a snag) and got right to work. I was very impressed at his technical expertise and how nice he was. It was a complicated and time-consuming job due to our crazy crawl space and the structure of the rooms above. The installer was such a nice guy, I enjoyed having him there. Before he left he gave me a tutorial on how to use everything, esp the remote device which had confounded us prior to his visit. We are fussy about our music and the quality of sound as you can probably tell. I must say that Good Vibes met and exceeded our expectations....which is no small achievement. I strongly recommend them.

We looked several places for a big screen TV but weren't impressed with what we saw in the 'big box' stores. We decided to see what Good Vibes had to offer. The TV we ultimately bought was a little more expensive than others we had looked at but had a much better picture and sound quality. The service tech (Jason) came out to our house to check the installation site to make sure the place we wanted the TV installed would be appropriate - we wanted to have the TV mounted on the wall above the fireplace. He gave us an estimate of approx 2 hours to complete the install. When Jason and Pat came to deliver and install the TV they found problems in the crawl space so it took them longer than they anticipated. They could have taken short cuts to finish the install but took the extra time to do it right. We are so pleased with the way the TV looks and the service we received. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to purchase a new TV.

It's a TV, electronics and audio store in town. They will handle dish network services as well and they'll change your service for you and do installations. They are very knowledgeable and sharp about their equipment they are selling.
