 + -1 moreFYXIT staff were excellent to work with and went above and beyond to get my computer fixed so I could complete my income taxes on time. A part had to be ordered so they did a temporary fix until the part was received.

 + -1 moreThey removed whatever software running in the background that they could to help the system work better but its still slow. They said it basically is because it has inadequate storage, etc and would be better to buy a new one than spend the money upgrading this one.

 + -1 moreMy laptop did nothing when I pressed the power button. I took it to Fyxit on Saturday and told them I had another trip on Tuesday. On Monday they had it fixed. It needed a battery bios re-set.
