+ -1 moreI contacted Coldwell Banker about selling an inherited home in as-is condition. I had never sold a home before and they explained and took care of everything. It went very smoothly. I had been advised by an out of town realtor relative to get the opinions of two realtors for what the selling price should be. When they were $20,000 more than the other realtor, I checked with a third one and found they agreed with Coldwell Banker. I ended up needing to sell it for less than the asking price, which I expected, but probably made about $15,000 more than I would have if I just went with the first realtor. I worked with John and Jason Rogers and would recommend them. I had to be out of town several days. John would text or email me with all the formation I needed. I didn't have to worry about anything. They were easy to contact, always on time, stayed on top of things and did an all around great job for me.
