I sold my house in 4 weeks at the bottom of the market when things were horrible. My house was priced right and there wasn't any question that it was going to sell. The woman that represented the buyer was unbelievable. I think she was selected because the buyer was Russian and she was Russian so she spoke Russian although they spoke English. My realtor had been selling houses for a long time and she had never run into anybody like this. She was insulting and derogatory about the area. It was all a tactic to try to get the price of the house down and it was really unprofessional. It was unbelievable to the point that we had a lawyer do the closing because I was afraid I might hurt the woman at the closing. I wouldn't let her come through the house for the walk-through before the closing without her agency sending another representative so her boss came with her. The buyer even told her to shut up. Her boss was embarrassed and upset. It was emotional for me to sell the house. This woman was poison. The house sold for a good price and we fixed anything that needed to be fixed. We rejected their full price offer as long as this woman was the realtor. I called Coldwell Banker and the owner said that I wouldn't have to deal with her and then she showed up for the walk-through so Coldwell Banker did a snow job. They assured us that she wouldn't be involved and then she was.
