Description of Work: Carpet in 1 room, luxury vinyl (Core-tex Plus) in remaining main floor that looks like acacia wood. The installation team did a fantastic job. Had one hiccup w a pinched refrig water line but fixed it promptly w no damage caused. Flooring looks fantastic, love it.

Description of Work: Provided and installed 900 sq. ft. of nylon carpet and padding for a 2 story townhouse with many nooks and crannies. I had removed the old carpet prior to installation and the old tack strips were reused. I am very satisfied with their work, their professional manner and the quality of the materials.

 + -1 moreThe vinyl was fine and they were nice to deal with until problems occurred. The people who came to do the install did the work OK the first day. Then the flooring didn't perform the way it should have. You no longer glue vinyl flooring down, so they install it and you have to wait for the "air bubbles" to go down. After a month and I was still tripping over all the bumps, I called and said I wasn't happy with the results. We went around and around. After several more times of telling me I was wrong, they agreed to come back and glue the flooring down to remove the bumps. They repeatedly told me I was wrong and they were doing me a favor to glue down the bumps. They did glue down the flooring, but then the bumps were even more obvious. Plus there was awful glue on my new walls, woodwork and appliances from them picking them up and holding on to the wall, etc with glue all over their hands. Again, I complained about the bumps. They sent someone else out to look at it because I told them I would not let those men who installed it back in my house. They said it was because I insisted on gluing the flooring down. He used a hypodermic needle and syringe to shoot glue under the flooring under the lumps and set bricks out to flatten the floor. This was done at least 4 times to no avail. The company would not stand behind either their product or their installers and after putting up with the inconvenience of them sending people out to my house for nothing, I gave up and still have lumps to this day. I will never use them again for anything. I purchased carpet and flooring as well as area rugs from this company and had been pleased previously--because there were no problems. If there are problems, they aren't willing to provide a solution to make their customer happy.
