Fabulous!!!
Description of Work: After looking at stellar reviews on this website -- called for someone to repair a leak in my old turn-of-the-century house. Cory promptly swung on time and BEFORE scheduled time -- Great Customer Service! We went up into the attic, identified problem areas, and he spent the next 45-60 min caulking all potential trouble spots! When I asked how much I owed him, he replied "Nothing at all. Just keep an eye of these other issues that will need to be addressed in the next few years." I loaded him up with homemade bbq sauce, raspberry cobbler, and fresh water to go! I won't be looking elsewhere when I have my roof and gutters replaced in the next few years! Fair, honest, reliable, competent, and know what the heck they're doing!!!

Description of Work: Bash Pepper made a roof repair at my home in June, 2015. During a recent storm this month, the problem resurfaced. Bash Pepper checked the original repair and did the additional work to make the fix with no additional charge. At that time, I asked them to prepare an estimate for redoing my roof and gutters during the spring of 2016.

Description of Work: They, (Cord) showed up on time, inspected the complaint, made a temporary repair. I went up on the roof (I do construction work, just not roofing). Cord asked if I was handy and if I was comfortable installing a shingle. I told him yes. he showed me what I needed to do. Great! Whoever installed the roof before we bought the house left a shingle out of the flashing area. Rest assured we will call Bash and Pepper Roofing for any and all of our roofing needs. They have solidified a customer. Excellent!

Description of Work: Got an estimate and signed the contract for a new roof. When they kept stalling around and hadn't started four months later, I cancelled the contract and got another estimate--which came in almost $10,000 lower, with another company, who did the new roof almost immediately.
