They showed up on time. Managed to get to us earlier than expected and was completed in a timely manner. Excellent work and a big thanks to Carlos and John. The only thing not so good was a finishing detail.
Description of Work: 10x12 Trex Composite deck and skirting.

John Weldon is a great contractor to work with. His company American Deck & Sunroom Is one I would highly recommend. They completely rebuilt our deck to our satisfaction, exceeding our expectations of the results. It’s a beautiful and sturdy structure, one we are eager to entertain guests upon and enjoy every day.
Description of Work: Our old deck was in serious disrepair (the stairs from the deck to the level below to the back yard was separated from the main structure and the wood was old and buckled in places, having been part of the original construction from the mid 1960s). We decided to have it rebuilt with new material, specifically Trex composite. Mr. Weldon provided excellent advice and a sound building plan which we approved. It all passed inspection without a hitch. Materials and other necessary items were moved in and moved out on time. He and his contractor did an excellent job overall.
