He gave us a price ..then he wouldnt honor it said he wasnt making enough money on the price he gave us and said he would honor it..then he wouldnt honor it or evan do the job

Installers arrived as scheduled. One of the 12 window openings was measured incorrectly and so They've had to re-order (window should arrive this week). After installation, three windows were found not seal correctly against the openings. I reported it and they've will fix.

The Sales Representative assisted me with the window options and features. The scheduler called when the windows were ready to install. The installation crew got the work just hours. All this within a few weeks. Everyone was very helpful and professional. I am very pleased with the product, price and work.

I just purchased a home, and the windows in it were 50s/60s era single-pane windows. They weren't in the greatest shape. I decided to replace them and called Superior Windows because I heard great things about them from my realtor. They and two other companies gave me estimates, and Superior Windows provided by far the least expensive estimate. The workers arrived on time and replaced my six windows using the basic window models offered by the company, which are actually quite aesthetically pleasing and functional: double-pane double-hung windows. For an added fee I also had the company do the finish work outside around the windows. I got a great value, too, because the company that manufactures their windows threw in low-e glazing for free, which is normally $60 per window. So for about $1800, I got six brand new double-hung double-pane low-e windows, installed, with the finish work done on the outside. I received an excellent value for my money and will definitely call them in the future when I replace the windows on the other side of my duplex.

They were professional and efficient.

Jared and Jason were our installers. they were very professional. All the work was done and finished within a day and a half. they installed 11 windows and 3 doors at my brothers house. he works days and i work nights so i got to go over and house sit . while they were working.
they arrived at the job at 8:15 and immediately went to work. hauled in all windows and doors and put them next to the window/door to be replaced. all the windows were in by 11:30 am they still had to be capped on the outside tho. that was done by 5:00. they started on doors on the first day and actually only came back the second day to install one door and put up 2 storm doors. everything else was done on day 1.
they didn't just install and leave tho. they reapplied trim moldings around doors and covered nail holes in the trim. i was very impressed with the level of professionalism in the installation and finishing. they left the job with nothing for us to clean up. the only thing we have to do after they left is to put a finish on the door trim. AWESOME JOB!

They did a great job. They were very professional, and we really enjoyed working with them. We would use them again in the future.

We did not use them, as everything with them was horrible. We felt that they had an inferior product. There was nothing legal about the quote. I just did not like them. They came right after I called them.

I ended up not getting any siding work done but everything was okay about the quote.

We took bids from several companies in the area. Superior Window was not the lowest but their product was significantly better than low bid windows(Window World). High bid (Champion) was almost twice Superior's quote and they could not guaranteed cooperation with alarm company. The salesman was obviously knowledgeable and spent all the time we needed going over all the options and prices. He did not play games with "discounts" but gave us a very fair bid for the whole job. Windows were ordered and took just over a week to come in. Installers showed up on time and got right to work. They had to work with the alarm system rep to preserve the wireing and modify the new windows for the alarm hardware. No problems. They worked quickly and neatly and had the whole job done in one long work day, as described in the contract. Their cleanup was very good.
