+ -1 moreNotified Jim Rockett in writing and also sent a photo of the damaged garage door. I had to write several letters threatening legal action, before I finally got a response. It has now been six (6) weeks since the door was installed, and no repairs have been made as of this writing.
Description of Work: Advantage Door In. (Jim and Tina Rockett, owners) installed a damaged garage door and then deliberately attempted to conceal the damage by placing tape over it.
