From our humble beginnings as a residential lawn application service in Caseyville, Illinois we’ve grown to include Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Recreational, Athletic, Government, and Military green industry services. We are proudly celebrating 35 years of customer service excellence and are looking forward to continued growth. Munie Greencare has been locally and family, owned and operated since 1980 by Joe Munie.

I like them quite a bit. They are really good as far as when I called and I wanted to know what they had done, she had the contractor call me back and they kept to the contract really straight. The guy called back in like half an hour to tell me where they had sprayed. They do leave those sheets on the door for if you want to request further information. They were really good. Their price was really good, they are the cheapest I could fine.

Description of Work: No services were performed. They gave us a quote after looking at our property. We actually got estimates from four different companies to install a sprinkler system. Munie was the most expensive one by far.

Their prices are high, and they don't have their team trained right for the sprinkler service. The last time, they cut our line for the cable. When we called we found out he was a lawn care person, and was being trained. We waited for several weeks for it to be fixed. when they came out, they had to dig out a trench in our yard to fix the cable line. Our yard was left this way for several weeks. After the cable was fixed, they came out and he accidentally cut our sprinkler system. It was a mess.

They charge $60 per service. I am kind of working with them because I am not too happy at this time. They are trying to work with me on it so it is kind of hit and miss right now. I signed up for the full season so they still have 3 or 4 more services to perform. They are all right but because of the weather my yard isn't as good as I want it to be. I have been working with the rep to get them back out and they have been responsive. I am not sure if I will use them after this season; it will depend on whether we get everything resolved this season.

In September of 2011 we received a call to put a hold on the account (temporary suspension of services.) We tried to contact you in September of 2011 to reinstate services and address any remaining issues. We never heard back after several attempts to contact you and your account was eventually closed out. We thank you for being a previous customer and working with us to address your lawn services in light of troublesome seasonal weather. They come out through the year to spray my yard. Their service took care of whatever weeds I used to have. They are much better than the company I used before. Their professionalism and responsiveness is excellent. I will keep using them in the future.
