Description of Work: Polyjacking of front porch. The representative discussed polyjacking versus mudjacking with me and provided estimates for both. Any further questions I had (via email) were promptly and completely answered. The company was able to perform the job sooner than originally quoted. The 2 gentlemen that came to fill in a void under the porch and lift the sidewalk were also spot-on professionals. They too answered my questions and performed the job to my satisfaction. Helitech was $200 more expensive than another company, but their professionalism convinced me to chose them with excellent results.

Description of Work: Installed tiebacks to secure foundation wall.

Description of Work: mudjacked the house, it went well, now the skumks can't build a next under the house

Description of Work: I asked for an inspection of my foundation. I was afraid because the corner of my house was so close to the ravine and I had seen some horizontal cracks near the ceiling upstairs. I was imagining the house was shifting and could fall into the ravine some day. At no cost, an inspector came and thoroughly looked things over, assuring me that the foundation was good. I am very grateful for the respectful way my fears were treated, and that the inspector answered all my questions and brought me peace of mind. If I need any other kind of foundation or structural help I will call this company again.

Description of Work: They had to dig out the wall and then tar and fiberglass the wall. Then put brackets on the wall to pull the wall back out. They then refilled the dirt back in.
