Description of Work: Basement water issues. Trickles and small patch of standing water that seemed to be getting progressively worse. Sean, the specialist (sales guy) was thorough and willing to modify a whole house plan for me. Three workers came in from Marion and were done in two days (3 hours 1st/6 hours 2nd) They were nice guys. Their "safety quality control" guy came by to check on them. He strode around like a small town Southern Sheriff which was terribly off-putting. Clean-up was sorta impossible due to the downpour on day two, but almost couldn't be helped. Had they paid a bit of attention to weather forecast and worked through that first day, many hours of cleanup may have been avoided. However, think someone from the company could've at least followed up on how I was coping with the residual mess. I've had absolutely no water issues since install, so am pleased with that. I've had zero follow-up from Helitech on how it's performed. Zero. That's sort of amazing to me. You'd think they'd show at least a bit of interest. I'm pleased with the results so far through about 3 big rainfalls. Installed in May 2016.

Description of Work: The house had foundation issues. They were thorough in assessment and in the description of how the process works. I was amazed at how this project as messy as it could be, was well kept. They were friendly, prompt, and followed procedure just as described. A down payment was made and the rest was paid through a home equity loan. Will use again and recommend to others.

Description of Work: Helitech came out to raise a slab of my drive way that had dropped. I was told the procedure would ensure the slab would not crack. However, after the procedure the driveway slab cracked. When I called Helitech the rep I got no support.

Description of Work: This company is to do the work this coming Thurs. Oct. 8, Randy being the head honcho. I cannot rate them until after the work is finished. I have made a down payment of 1/3 of the final cost, so I will let you know within a week, once the work is completed. Thank you.

Description of Work: The repair work was done on time, in a professional manner, and as quoted. And, we have had no more water from that crack all summer long. Unfortunately, I didn't understand that I would be responsible to paint over the black repair compound (I assumed they would do that) so now I have a one foot wide by 8 feet high black mark on a white wall. That's why I would give them a B+ if that were a possible rating. Instead I gave them a B.

Description of Work: HELITECH INSTALLED FOUR PIERS UNDERNEATH THE FOUNDATION, DUE TO SETTLING PROBLEMS. THE PIERS WERE INSTALLED DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH A BRICK FIREPLACE.

Description of Work: THE COMPANY CAME OUT AND WATERPROOFED OUR BASEMENT.

Description of Work: EVALUATED THE PROBLEM OF WATER IN THE BASEMENT, TOOK MEASUREMENTS, EXAMINED THE OUTSIDE PERIMETER, STUDIED DOWN SPOUT LOCATIONS AND CAME UP WITH A 143 LINEAR FEET SUB SLAB DRAINAGE SYSTEM WITH A SUB PUMP TO HELP ELIMINATE THE WATER PROBLEM IN THE BASEMENT. SET UP THE CREW TO COME IN TO JACK HAMMER UP THE FLOOR, PLACE IN THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND PUT IN THE SUMP PUMP. RAN INTO A PROBLEM WITH THE ORIGINAL FLOOR NOT BEING THICK ENOUGH, BUT SOLVED THE PROBLEM QUICKLY.
