The unnecessary and improper tree trimming resulted in their "scalping" or "shaving" of the trees general form and shape! They even cut a couple of tree trunks off at the ground! Company refuses to take blame for this disaster and only makes excuses for it saying "trees were diseased"! A point that is refuted by another landscaper! They are making no attempt to rectify or correct the problem they have caused to our community campus. THIS COMPANY IS VERY CARELESS, IRRESPONSIBLE, AND HAS NO REGARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OR SATISFACTION.

Irrigation: Installation is best I've seen in the neighborhood. Except when the ditches were backfilled didn't tamp down the dirt, and in some places had significant depressions left behind. Nothing dangerouse just not what I'd call "A" q;uality work. Sprinklers have worked great, and when the Water Cmpany damaged the system, repaired it during Spring checkout for no charge. Landscape: Did nice job. A couple of the plants didn't make it, but they have agreed to replace at no charge. Lawn Care: Just fine. Am using again for some landscaping and trees. Will also extend my irrigation system to cover the back 40.
