I will never use another plumbing company!!! I have been using Culler Plumbing for several years now and have had nothing but great results! Dennis has always gone way above and beyond. I have a crawl space and my washer, drier and water heater plus my water softner are all in the same small room with no space to put pans under the water heater or water softner. And I have hardwood floors so whenever the water heater went out my floors would be ruined. He moved the water softner into my bedroom closet with a pan under it and put in a drain. Then was able to put a full size pan under my water heater and a drain which he hooked up to the plumbing under my crawl space. No more ruined floors!! Never had such a caring and expert plumber like him!! Thanks Dennis!!!

Culler Plumbing was the third business I contacted to perform this work. The first two having either gone AWOL or ultimately turning the job down cost me valuable time on a very tight schedule to meet the closing date on the sale of the property. Culler was extremely responsive to our schedule constraints, quite willing to enter a vacant property to do the work, other technicians out sick resulted in our technician not arriving until just before 5 p.m., but he was willing to stay to complete the job and didn't until about 7:15 p.m. This dedication to the our schedule constraints was very much appreciated and demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction like I had not seen an inkling of in the other two firms, nor seldom seen today at all. Bravo to Culler Plumbing services!

Culler was professional, responsive to my needs, prompt to their visit and offered to have the job done by 1 PM the same day. Even worked with me on a commercial replacement due to sizing requirements.

Came home after a long day and an hour drive in a thunderstorm to find our water heater chose that time to shoot craps and was spurting water out the top. Turned it off and called Culler the next day, they were able to get someone out there with hardly any notice to replace, and I got to have me a nice hot bath that night LOL Susan, Aubrie, and Dennis are the absolute best; professional, experienced, and articulate. Definitely went above and beyond to help us out. Will absolutely be recommending to friends and family.

The plumber did a great job. He gave me choices of what new sump pump I could get and explained what I needed explained. He asked me what all I wanted done. He explained how he would do it and what it would cost. He took care of all of my concerns and considering all the piping he had to replace got done within a very reasonable amount of time. I was also very happy the job got done the day I called. I was extremely happy with the job and would definitely hire this plumbing service again.

opened my basement to find out my sump pump had went out and I had about two feet of water in the basement. called culler plumbing they had done work for me before and did a excellent job. called them and they were their in less than a hour. went down took a look and gave me several options the then installed the new sump pump and I now have peace of mind again. the company does great work at a fair price

EXCELLENT!! Was very thorough, professional and reasonably priced. Culler Plumbing is the only service I'll be using from now on for all my plumbing needs.

1. The Administrative Staff was professional, courteous and helpful. 2. I contracted with Culler Plumbing for a toilet install. The initial work went well; however, we encounter a problem with a defective tank. Once the tank was replace all went well. I believe my technician Corey went above and beyond to correct the problem along with the company to provide a good experience. 3. I did think the cost was a little pricey. 4.I would definitely use this company again in fact I would give them 4 stars

Received a call and had an appointment scheduled within 20 minutes of posting on Angie’s list. Showed up on time, after reviewing the project - everything that was needed was explained to include time required and cost. Project was completed on time... to include I believe the entire Culler field team effort... they were great and would recommend them!

Quick diagnosis of the problem and a reasonable estimate were provided. Dennis complete the work within an hour. Now I’m leak free!!!

Was quoted a price that seemed fair. Will hire.

everything was great, they came in and cleaned up after the work. They answered all question that i had, they came completed the job and they left.

Dennis and his team at Culler Plumber are about as easy to work with as you can ask for. I have a couple rental properties and Culler is who I turn to when a job is outside the realm of my plumbing expertise - which is most things beyond a faucet repair. Coordinating plumbing services with tenants has not been an issue since Dennis' admin staff handle everything from top to bottom. I recently had Culler do a water heater repair, as well as other general maintenance items to get a property up to code and "water-tight". They completed the job in a timely manner, with minimal inconvenience to me and the tenants.

Charged $200.00 to say it could be fixed for $1700.00. Took him all of 5 minutes, did absolutely nothing and didn't honor their coupon. Will never call them again, nor recommend them.

Very smooth and efficient. Dennis was friendly and professional. He took the time to explain all the work that he would perform. He was also accommodating when my mom added an extra task to be done. The work took 5 hours only because he had to go back and get the correct part from the plumbing store who had given him wrong item (not his fault). Will hire him for 2 additional jobs to be done later this year. You won't be sorry hiring him!!!

technician arrived but to almost whole evening for him to arrive due to travel appointment ahead of mine , but after making phone calls to company all worked out okay problem was resolved no hot water issues any more after repair completed, plus representive followed up with me on how water heater working which i appreciated.250

Office was very friendly and helpful. Tech was great answered questions gave prices before hand and explained options. went above the call by providing a couple other services without charge. gave est. on future optional work. he took his time to do the job right and explained that return calls on the same job are not what the customer or the wants. No one ever wants to call a plumber but they are my go to company for service and have recommended them to friends.

Realized we had a water leak and determined that the leak was outside of the house. Called Wednesday at 7pm (only ones to answer the phone after 5pm). Very polite on the phone, they scheduled an appointment for 830 the next morning. Arrived on time and assessed the problem. Shut off the water and worked up a contract detailing the work to be done. Brought back the equipment to dig up the yard to get to the main line. Removed the bushes without damaging them. Drilled a hole around the main at basement wall. Replaced the main line with a new polymer line (think that's right, not a copper line) and new ball valve. Inspected all the work they had done, checked for leaks, then patched the hole in the wall and put the yard back and replanted the bushes. Cleaned up their work area. All said and done within 6 hours............... Thank you very much for a job well done...........Thanks to Angies List I received a 10% discount.

It was very simple and only took about 10 minutes to fix. The faucet had been set so as not to scald anyone.

OVERALL. Excellent and professional service. We recommend and will use Dennis again! NOTES - Second home owner; first time work on these projects; first time working with Dennis. - After reviewing each of the jobs, Dennis explained the work and provided an initial estimate which I approved. - Friendly and professional, working with Dennis was a pleasure! - Dennis welcomed me tagging along and thoroughly explained each project as well as provided advice on our aging water heater (versus replacing with a flash heater). I felt confident in his skills and learned a lot. - The shower repair was a bit challenging as it appeared it had been worked on previous to us causing problems with the repair which Dennis explained and solved. Dennis corrected the earlier actions to prevent any future repair problems. - Dennis left the work-sites perfectly clean, ensured we understood what he did (I did because I followed along), answered any questions, and fully explained the invoice plus follow-up (below). VISITS TO SUPPLY STORE. Due to the age of our fixtures (~10 years old), Dennis didn't have those particular parts on hand so he made two trips to the supply store to ensure we had exactly the correct parts. BILLING. Dennis uses a web-based billing system which is quite efficient. I signed for all work requested (prior to start), post work, and paid with a check (also accepts all major credit cards). I had the invoice in my email before he lest the house. This system also allows Dennis to track all jobs done at our location. FOLLOW-UP. Dennis said that we should expect a follow-up phone call within 2 weeks to ensure the work is still up to standard. Nice touch.

Same day service, fixed so it works, pleasant worker....price a bit high, but that's to be expected for plumbing these days. Very satisfied customer with no complaints.

Dennis was on-time, very professional and did whatever it took to get the job done!
