Erik and Steve were punctual and professional. They were able to accommodate my schedule. I caused them a delay because I forgot to schedule the pre pour inspection for the footing. This added some extra time to the process and an extra trip to my house for Erik and Steve. No problem. They were understanding. As far as the actual work goes, they were both very friendly, professional and considerate of my property. They took care not to damage my lawn and took great care to get the hoop set up as level as possible. I am very satisfied with the install. My whole family loves the basketball hoop! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Michael came over, lubricated the belt, and explained to us how to reset the machine so that the belt alert would be turned off. He was highly professional, pleasant, answered all our questions, and without a doubt we would use his firm's services again. Thank you for such excellent service.

Went great! would definitely recommend them. They even came out on Easter Sunday to finish the installation!

Called looking for an estimate. It was going to be $300. Seemed very nice and professional, was going to go with them but schedule wise it didn't work out. I ended up using someone else but I wanted to write a review as my interactions with this company were very positive.

Barry initially quoted me over two weeks to do the move. He failed to call back for scheduling the move, so it took many several calls to contact him since he did not return calls. After about a month, I finally connected with him to schedule a date about another 10 days out. The day before the service, an emergency came up that caused me to cancel the appointment. Barry promised me he would call back to reschedule. He never did call me back. After calling him every day for over a week with him never returning a call, I finally gave up on him and contacted another, non-Angieslist provider who did it immediately and for $10 cheaper.

We had a very bad experience with the installers associated with D**** Sporting Goods. We called Barry and he was prompt and very professional. He arrived at the time he said. We told him of of the issues we had before and he was perplexed by the issues. He installed the system without digging a 6'x6' hole. He is great!!!!!!

We were shopping for an in-ground basketball goal. Before we went shopping, I searched the internet and Angie's list. Despite the lack of reviews, I called Barry at Universal Service Center. He gave me some advice on which systems to consider and how much I should expect to pay for each.I purchased a system at a sporting goods store and asked how much they charge for installation. It was $100 more than the $235 Universal had quoted. I bought the unit and went on-line to Universal's website and ordered the installation.Barry called within a day or so to inform us that he has ordered the underground utility locator service. He set up an appointment which had to be cancelled because of heavy rain. But he called first thing in the morning to set another date. They came that day to do the concrete work. As promised, they then returned later in the week to finish the assembly.They did a great job and the whole process went incredibly well!

He took down the old system, hauled it away and installed the concrete/anchor on the first visit. A few days later, he picked up the new system at a local retail store and installed it. Great service and very professional installation. So far, everything looks great and works great. Price was slightly cheaper than the sports store quoted to do the installation, considerably less than the store price for removal and haul away of the old system (though removal was the same price as another service had quoted). For the number of man hours spent, the cost seemed reasonable.

Very satifified with service provided and value. Barry Grossman (owner/operator) called me back the same day with a quote. I puchased hoop and had it delivered by The Great Escape on a Saturday and Barry and his helper came the following Wednesday to dig hole (4' deep and ~1.5' in diameter), pour concrete and set mounting bracket. All this took about 2 hours. It takes a few days for the concrete to fully cure/set and they came back the following Saturday to complete the installation - mount the hoop. He used large power posthole digger to dig hole, which made for relative quick work, however he was very delberiate and careful in digging the hole, taking multiple passes and removing dirt as he went. They used cardboard template/catch tray on grass to catch dirt which made clean up very easy. They carefully placed and spread removed dirt (about 4 wheel barrels) in garden area around house. They took great care to avoid hitting my in ground sprinkler lines. Athough if they do, Barry states that they will attempt to repair at no additional cost. Other than the hoop now being there, you can't even tell that they dug the hole and poured concrete. Barry and his helper were very professional, neat and clean and I would highly recommend their services.

Barry disassembled, moved and reassembled a Sole treadmill for us. Quick and efficient. Knew exactly what was needed.

Barry was fantastic to deal with. I exchanged several e-mails and photos with him so he could understand what the problem was, he presented me with a few solutions and recommended that I try the most reasonable solution which was to bolt on a new bracket. He came out within a couple of days, and completed the service in under an hour. He was professional, pleasant to work with, and very reasonable.

The company did not fulfill its part in either emailing me or calling me that they could not find out how to correct my treadmill problem or furnishing an estimate on what repair would cost.
