This was our 2nd year working with Tomasello's. We really appreciate their fairness, integrity and professionalism. The crew showed up right on time and completed the spring time clean up swiftly and thoroughly. Kiana in the office is great to work with, always following up and finding answers to questions. Last year, we had some shrubs replaced in the front yard, and two of them didn't make it. It was clear fairly quickly, that they weren't going to survive the transplanting, and we agreed that the bushes would be replaced with this spring's clean up. Tomasello's remembered! And followed through! Also, though it happened last year, I wanted to mention Jim Tomasello's helpfulness and generous sharing of his knowledge. I had an oak tree that I had grown from an acorn, and it turned out that it needed some pruning around the bottom to help it grow upwards. Jim got out his little saw and did the trimming right then, at our first meeting - before even knowing that I'd be contracting with them for the work. It's so nice to work with companies like this. I highly recommend them.

The team at Tomasello's successfully identified good timber to keep around and marked the poor quality trees to remove. They took the time to show us all the work they planned to do before they began any cutting. They walked us through the property to help us identify the trees, gave us ideas on what we might consider planting to reforest the areas and how best to sustain the animals in the natural habitat so as not to chase them away.

They were neither prompt nor responsive. They went way above the original quote. They were also very rude.

Tomasello's came highly recommended for being a company that provides good work at a great value. They have performed work for family and friends in the past and I was delighted at the quality of their work. I will continue to call Tomasello's for all of my future tree service and landscaping needs.
