The Water Stoppers

Randy returned my phone call, and even though I had just hired another company, he gave me his opinion on how the problem should be fixed. Gave me information on the correct products to be used which was very useful when I talked again with the company I had hired. I am sorry I did not wait for Randy as I am sure he would have done a great job.

Randy responded very promptly. I called at 6pm and by 7pm he had contacted me. Came out within two days, it was not an emergency. Explained what he was doing and why. Would definitely recommend him..... My neighbor used him as well and was very satisfied too.

I called The Water Stoppers on a Wednesday in the late afternoon and left a message. Randy, the owner, called me back within minutes and actually met me within an hour or so. He evaluated the situation with my foundation crack, suggested a repair, then discovered two other issues that needed to be addressed concerning my water problem. He pointed out that an electric box leading outside had not been properly sealed and also showed me how our window well drain was not properly functioning. His quote was more than reasonable and he performed the entire repair on Friday, just two days after I first called him! Not only would I use Randy again, but I'll recommend him to anyone needing his services.
